I'm trying to decide what type of system, especially for low to medium term and asthma person to another person who are allergic to grass after cutting.

You do not want to generate a ionizer, or anything that ozone. Ozone is a known irritant and is particularly bad for asthmatics. A good HEPA air purifier standard will be very useful.
Ionizers horrible comments so far, that the removal of air particles.
