I was blowing a cold two days and not much sneezing and nose, and at 4.30 clock in the morning I awoke with a terrible pain in the right shoulder blade. Did I might pull a muscle? It hurts the whole day without a break and took Tylenol, but it does not help the most. Do I get something, or something more?
